LOL.... I finally took some pics to post of the deep fried bacon...

Last time it didn't make it long enough to be photo'd

This time I ran out of batter and threw about 5 slices in un-battered... and ....to me the unbattered was much better...but to each your own I guess. Next time I'll do 50/50 battered/un-battered.

With the batter 5-6 pieces is plenty...but un-battered, it would be hard to STOP eating it.

Either way it's damn artery cloggin' good!!!

that looks awesome! i can see why it would be hard to stop eating that....just looking at the pix makes me want to call a cardiologist....
