Spice and Herb Bible

http://www.amazon.com/Spice-Herb-Bible- ... F8&s=books
I was at the bookstore the other day and I picked up a few things….like a few more BBQ related cookbooks like I really need more of those….anyway…I came across this book and would recommend it to anyone who does the types of cooking we do…it gives a lot of good info…like what flavor group and herb or spice is in….the suggested quantity per lb by type of meat…..what type of food the spice/herb complements and what it is typically used in and what other types of spice/herbs it’s used in combination with…it also gives a recipe for each herb/spice…next time your out….check the book out…
