A couple of weeks back, I asked about a good "Q" joint in the Washington, NC area. Cappy gave me these places. I had the opportunity to visit one of them this past week. I ate dinner the other night at Boss Hogs. Pulled pork wasn't bad, not great but not bad. Little bit on the mushy side and a little dry. I also had bbq chicken that was good. My wife had a sammy of pulled pork and said my pulled pork was much better. They did have a real nice vinegar sauce that they served with it. Maybe next time I'll try Hog Heaven. Thanks for the heads up Cappy!
