I've got the Dial-O-Matic and I love it. Used it for the first time at SOTB.
I bought it from Tim the week before.

The injector is shaped like a pistol and it has a dial that lets you pre-select how much injection solution goes into the meat with each press of the trigger.

You'll fill it up a few times pumping up a butt, but it's still the best one I've seen for the money. Especially with Tim's special going on right now.
Jack W. and I have used his on many hogs, shoulders, and butts.
I just had to buy one of my own.

Great unit. I'd buy another.

If you injection mix is strained pretty good then the needle with the 12 holes (brining needle) works really well. If it isn't stained, or it's a thicker liquid then you have to pull out the big open ended one. The opening in that one is pretty big so a lot of solids can go through it. I would think you could push 'room temp' butter through that one if you had a need to.

Mmmm.... butter butts. LOL
