crab puffs

Crab Puffs

Saute 2 green onions & ¼ green pepper in 2 T butter
Add 2 T flour
1 cup milk
Cook till thick
Add
½ t dry mustard
3 dashes Tabasco
½ c shredded cheddar cheese
1 T parsley
10-12 oz crab
Stir

Fill pastry shells, replace cap, cover with more cheese.
350 8 minutes

Griff... Can I "borrow" some crab from your buddy?

Question tho... You bake the pastry shells before hand right? cut a divet, fill, then the 8 minutes?
 
Right. I use frozen Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastery shells. Bake 'em. Take out the divot. Fill 'em and then another eight minutes. Sorry I wasn't clear about that. It's actually my Mom's recipe.
