Cajun style crawfish or shrimp fettucine

1 pound shrimp or crawfish
1 medium bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 bunch green onions - scallions
8 tbsp butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tbsp flour
2 toes garlic pressed
16 ounces velvetta
4 cups your choice pasta
red pepper flakes to taste

Directions
Sauté onions, pepper, garlic and green onion in butter until soft. While sautéing the veggies, boil the pasta according to package directions. Add the flour and the shrimp or crawfish. Cook 15 minutes or until the meat turns pink or the seafood is cooked. Add the cheese and milk and cook 15 minutes over low to medium heat to prevent scorching; making sure the cheese is completely melted and heated thoroughly. Add the cooked noodles and serve.
