Who Wants a Pork Chop

After being jabbed and pounded these guys are ready for the skillet

Bacon fat, salt & pepper

Just about ready, the tenderizing helps keep them nice and plump

A little of the pan drippings

Add a few oven French fries and it’s time to eat

Can’t forget dessert, wife made home made brownies

Wow..thats krewl and unusual punishment for a po fella who just been informed by cellular telephonics that this gonna be another soup and sandwich night. Your a real bad boy. Now whut kinda grease you using there if you dont mind a person being nosey of course? Sure did make it turn real purty real quick. Hey BW,

I'm using bacon grease, what the hell, you only go around once.

Ahh well no wonder it looks so good. Thanks for sharing the bacon grease insight. That tends to be a scarce commodity around my house these days. At one time Albertsons grocery used to fry up bacon and pass out nibbles to the customers at the deli. All it took was to axe em to save you some bacon grease and they give you enough to float a battleship. But alas they gave up the practice. Sure broke my heart.
