What is a Fatty

I've heard about fatties but I've never had one. What is it and how do you cook it and how do you season it.

Basically all it is is a pound of breakfast sausage with rub on it and smoked in your cooker.

Is that a cresant roll that the sasuage is wrapped in. Or what king of bread and how long or internal temp do you cook these fatties to. Any sasuage better that any other. Whatever info you can give me will be appreciated. By the way it looks very tasty.

Screw the breakfast sausage, use Italian sausage and stuff it with some good stuff! It's an excellent way to clean the fridge!
