Pork Chops & Sauerkraut

Here we go Larry, doing the Chops and Kraut for dinner tonight, will send you a critique when we're done. Went to a german meat market near my house and the butcher cut me 6 bone-in center cut chops 1 1/2 thick, they look great.. Talk to you soon.

Made the recipe for dinner and I would give it a 7 on a scale from 1-10.

Here's my reason's. First, the apples came out a little on the al dente side which I don't mind, but they were not as sweet as I would have liked. If they were sweeter they could have better balanced the tang of the sauerkraut.

The chops came out OK, they seemed a little bland to me. Perhaps next time I need to kick up the seasoning some, either the meat or the kraut/onion/apple mixture.

But, I ate two big chops and will definitely make it again. Thanks Bud!!!!
