Pepsi & ketcuhp pork chops

I don't have a set in stone recipe for this, here's the basic ingredients.
Pork chops, grilled or not, I think grilling adds alot more flavor(use chicken if you like)
1 can diced tomatoes
chopped bell pepers
sliced sweet onion(Vidalia)
Abit of dark brown sugar(adds nice color)

Grill pork till almost done slice and set aside.
Sautee onion & pepper with a little evoo.
Pour Pepsi (the more you pour the more sauce you'll have) into pan.
Add remaining ingredients heat to a boil then simmer for about 20 min.
If sauce does'nt thicken add more ketchup.
Iv'e tried this with spicy tomatoes & green chiles for an extra zing.
Serve over pasta or rice.
