Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar, brown, dark
3/4 cup sugar, white
1/2 cup paprika, Hungarian
1/4 cup salt, Kosher

2 tablespoons pepper black
2 tablespoons ginger powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, none or up to 2 tbsp depending on the heat you want

Mix the spices thoroughly in large food processor.

Good all-purpose rub that works well on pork, chicken, turkey, fish.

Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.

The Masterbuilt is a great brand! One. Not that there's anything wrong with a Masterbuilt smoker. It will do the job. Just kinda incongruous, y know?
