Garlic Teriyaki Pork Chops

Mix up a little garlic and Teriyaki marinade

Add a couple of pork chops, cover and refrigerate for two hours, turn once

Into a skillet, cover and simmer 30 minutes over low heat, turn once

Remove cover, increase heat to medium/high and cook down

Remove chops; add a little water to pan and you have a nice Au Jue

Some fried okra with dipping sauce of choice

And a little corn with a pat of butter completes the meal.
