Got an urge to dig out my deep fat fryer. Thick bacon, egg wash, flour, Fry and try not to die.

You can even smoke in them Texas joints

Thanks for the link oct_97!

I'm certain I gained a few pounds and lost a few minutes of my life just watching that video. Just kidding.......

I'm not sure that recipe could originate from anywhere except the South or Southwest. I love country-fried steak occasionally with all the side dishes but I never thought of using bacon.

Hmm....I'll have to try this sometime........

On a Hamburger today's site a while back they had an article about some guy who deep fried a Big Mack & ate it. He said was still full 24hr's later
