Whole pork tenderloin cut into 3"-4" slices
Wrap tenderloin in bacon and skewer.

Chimichurri Sauce

2 cups parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 c white wine vinegar
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 black pepper
salt to taste

combine ingredients in food processor until parsley is pureed
set some sauce aside to pour over finished tenderloin

put tenderloins on hot grill and baste with chimichurri sauce on all sides until tenderloin is done.
