I tried this one a few weeks ago and my family really liked it. It was cold and windy out so I cooked it on my electric grill inside but it would be much better on an outdoor grill.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (opt)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Remove 3 tablespoons for basting; cover and refrigerate. Place chicken in a large, resealable bag; add the remaining marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Drain and discard marinade. Broil chicken 3-4 inches from teh heat for 3 min., turn strips over. Baste with reserved marinade. Broil 4-5 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear; turning occasionally.

I like that idea! I really think the recipe with your suggestion would be awesome as a stir fry. Just add veggies, water chestnuts, and cook in the wok.
