One of our favorite recipes is my wife's Chicken and Rice. Start by melting ½ stick of butter in a baking dish. Add one cup of rice, green pepper, onion, a can of Golden Mushroom soup, and a couple of chicken breasts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes until chicken is nice and brown. While the chicken is baking open a can of green beans, add some onion and cider vinegar then chill in refrigerator.

John what do you do with canned green beans onions & cider vingar? Is it served as a side cold?

Bond - We use the beans with onions and cide vinegar as a cold side dish.

Nick - Melt the butter then mix in the raw rice followed by veges, etc. this is super easy to make and very good.
