Buffalo Chicken Salad
1 Lb of chopped White Chicken meat
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup of Mayo
1/2 Cup of Naturally Fresh Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1/4 Cup of diced celery (peeled)
Mix the chicken and hot sauce, covering well.
Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl, and add just enough to coat and bind the chicken.
Taste, and adjust flavor by adding more hot sauce or blue cheese dressing.
Serve on lettuce, or in a sandwich. For an appetizer, serve with crackers.
Also, you can substitute onions for the celery and then spoon the chicken salad onto celery sticks and make buffalo boats!
