Fuzzy's Buffalo Chicken Pizza

After several iterations, I finally ironed out a pretty decent little recipe here. The best way I can describe this pizza is an italian favorite with a strong Buffalo/BBQ flavor. This particular dish comprises of a whole wheat crust with a light ricotta sauce. This white pizza is all topped by a blend of low fat cheeses and baked buffalo chicken bites.

Your comments, questions, and concerns are welcome...and I'd appreciate it if you would share your experience or tweaks to this recipe.

Ingredients:
Flour (for prepping the crust)
1 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Dough
Low Fat Spray Butter
Garlic Salt
1 15oz Package of Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
1 14oz Jar of Pizza Sauce
Minced Garlic
Hot Sauce
Oregano
Parsley
1 Package of Chicken Breast Tenderloins (pre cut)
Shake N' Bake - Hot and Spicy
PAM
1 Bottle of Ken's Buffalo Marinade
Honey
1 Package of Non-Fat Shredded Mozzarella
1 Package of 2% Shredded Mozzarella
1 Container of Low Fat Blue Cheese

Pairs With (Pick 1 or 2):
Ranch Dressing
Blue Cheese Dressing
More Hot Sauce (if you really need more heat)
BBQ Sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Method Of Cooking:
Chicken - Oven at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes
Pizza - Big Green Egg (other smoker, grill, or even oven will work) with a Pizza Stone on a Plate Setter. Medium amount of Natural Lump Charcoal at 315-400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

Total Cook/Prep Time: About 1 hour (or 2 episodes of your favorite reality program)
Feeds: 2 lumberjacks, 4-5 hipsters, 1 family, or a party of guests when cut into small squares.
