Good pal named Tee Shirt Dave of Colleywood, TX sent me this recipe. Where he got it I aint got a clue but I temporarily name it for him. Aint tried it yet but looks highly plausible. The boy also tends to have purty good judgement in food..so I trust it if he say it good. He is a transplanted yankee but been here 30 or 40 yrs so he can be an honorary Native Texan. Can already see a few tweaks I would make but then a recipe is only a place to get started right?
