Round steak & gravy wit onions [photos added!}

This is one of my favorite dishes. There are variations too like adding tomatoes & dusting the meat with flour before browning but those go by other recipe names.

Can ya tell I'm lazy when it comes to typing. Thats why I just use a link to other sites. BTW I like Blackeye peas with this best

Put a serving of rice in your plate, spoon some steak gravy & veggies over the rice, then cover rice with blackeye peas & their gravy too.
Hot sauce is optional, hot cornbread in required
Made it dis past weekend no blackeye peas, used leftover creamed corn from cajun cornbread.
They didn't have a bone in round steak, Oh well

Well cant believe them cajuns swiped my Grannys Texas recipe for smothered steak like that. No telling how long a person get stuck in purgatory on that deal. Could be St. Finger pointing certain of his appendages at Justeen as we speak. :LOL:

REALLY? I'm just passing along info from their web page, that's all. Be it 2007 or 2037 copy and paste at your own risk I guess.

I just want to keep my nose clean, no tellin who's watchin us after 9/11 :shock:
On a side note, one of my hobbys besides cookin is RC helicopters & I belong to a UK heli forum, the forum is copyrighted you can't copt & paste
period if you try a box pops up reminding you of this and stating this feature is disabled
