Round steak & gravy wit onions [photos added!}

This is one of my favorite dishes. There are variations too like adding tomatoes & dusting the meat with flour before browning but those go by other recipe names.

Can ya tell I'm lazy when it comes to typing. Thats why I just use a link to other sites. BTW I like Blackeye peas with this best
http://www.gumbopages.com/food/veg/black-eyed.html

Put a serving of rice in your plate, spoon some steak gravy & veggies over the rice, then cover rice with blackeye peas & their gravy too.
Hot sauce is optional, hot cornbread in required
Made it dis past weekend no blackeye peas, used leftover creamed corn from cajun cornbread.
They didn't have a bone in round steak, Oh well

I've had to institute this policy after seeing people shamelessly and blatantly reproduce pages and pages of my own words on their sites without even bothering to ask me for permission. Sheesh. It boggles my mind that people would do this. So please don't do it, and it pisses me off. They call my lawyer "Vinnie The Claw", and for good reason.

Recipe ingredients, however, are not subject to copyright laws. The method, description and process described by the author is subject to copyright protection.
