12 lbs ground beef
4lbs mild italian sausage
500 gr. bread crumbs
4 tablespoons garlic powder
1 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce (I am addicted to this stuff now)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons lea & perrins
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan reggiano
2 onions chopped
6 eggs
1/8 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon oregano

Mix it all together well. Add more bread crumbs if needed. Fill 8 - 2lb loaf pans. Chill for 3-4 hours.
Smoke at approx 250 until internal temp reaches 160 approx 3 - 3.5 hours

yes I do remove the pans before smoking them I just leave them in the fridge to firm everything up.

LOL

And well there are neighbours around me that like my cooking I typically have friends or family over for dinner at least once a week.

Plus I am a busy mommy of 3 with a hubby that works 12 hour days - so taking out an already cooked meatloaf out of the freezer makes for a really easy dinner.
