Dino Bones

Here be some dino bones (beef ribs) I did taday as a snack while doin some pork butts fer some customers. Got em on sale cheap an taste mighty fine!

Used my Smoke in the Holler rub an maple wood. Spritz every hour with my Slaughterhouse spritz.

8 oz Apple Cider
6 oz Water
4 oz Whiskey
2 oz Cider Vinegar

Good fer all smokes, really nice on poultry.
