Buffalo NY Roast Beef Brisket
Rub Brisket with a mixture of Salt,Black Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder. Reserve some of the Rub and Make a mop out of 1 can Beef Broth, 1/3 cup of Cider Vinegar and the rest of the Rub. Cook the Brisket as you normaly would moping every hour or so as needed. When done slice and serve on Weck Rolls with White BBQ sauce made with Horseradish.
