Sugar free bread pudding

I have a friend who is a diabetic. She loves bread pudding and really misses eating it but hasn't found a good recipe without sugar. She does use splenda. Do any of you have a recipe? I know I could easily find one by googling but it wouldn't be tried and true so I'm hesitant to go that route.

I know nothing about Splenda! I was thinking the same thing but since I've never used it, wasn't sure how to convert the sugar amounts.

Boggs is right there is a conversion on the bag of Splenda and I think it's just equal amounts of Splenda to sugar. My wife is a diabetic and uses Splenda in all her baking and it's GOOD!!!

So does anyone have a good recipe for bread pudding that I can pass along? I don't know if she's ever made it herself. lol
