Red Tacos Shells.

There is a Mexican Restaurant in Wichita Falls, TX called "Casa Manana." Owned by a family of Greeks and been in business since 47. They make some real tasty corn tort tacos which are bright red. Figger they put something red in the raw masa but just guessing. Supposed to be a highly guarded secret. Any theories on what it could be?

Beet juice?

Food coloring?

Have seen both used. In MY opinion, the beet juice tastes better than the food coloring.

Now green or blue? There's many many more choices.
