Not a big fan of grilled pork, I've eaten ribeyes the last 2 nights, not a huge fan of chicken either. Got my new Kettle and I'd like to try some fish recipes.....don't have a fish basket, so I'll be flipping very carefully.

Salmon's not my favorite, although I've done the planked salmon several times. But I'm open...I realize salmon is good for grilling.

TIA.

I'm a little confused on the heat grill part. When you say, place fish on grill, do you mean the one that I heated up? The removal process....do I do that?

I love grouper and catfish, although I've never grilled catfish. I usually blacken it in the old cast iron skillet (take note Greg), and I can eat my weight in that! Slaw on the side to cool down the mouth.....veryyyy hot blackening!
