Well I recently discovered that you can smoke eggs in the smoker, and they come out just like hard boiled only smoke flavored.
I have yet to try deviling "hard smoked eggs"

My recipe is pretty simple, but no substitutions are allowed.

Hellman's real Mayo.............. Enough to make the yolks pasty.
celery seeds............... Don't be stingy!
Grey Poupon mustard.......... 1/2 teasp per dozen eggs.
Top with "Old Bay" seasoning......Yes there is some paprika in there.

Make plenty, they'll go quick.

Ok forget all that stuff. The Little Bride made the best deviled eggs possible for humans over Christmas.

12 hard boiled eggs split
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo
1/4 cup Ranch salad dessing (we are Ranch folks)
1 Teaspoon Frenchies Jello Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
Paprika for dusting

Give it a try. You will like it.
