Well I recently discovered that you can smoke eggs in the smoker, and they come out just like hard boiled only smoke flavored.
I have yet to try deviling "hard smoked eggs"
My recipe is pretty simple, but no substitutions are allowed.
Hellman's real Mayo.............. Enough to make the yolks pasty.
celery seeds............... Don't be stingy!
Grey Poupon mustard.......... 1/2 teasp per dozen eggs.
Top with "Old Bay" seasoning......Yes there is some paprika in there.
Make plenty, they'll go quick.
