Anyone ever smoke a pizza??

I am opening a restaurant and I have some pizzas that I am introducing with SE Asian/Pizza infusion, some with BBQ meat or fish on them, i wanted to explore smoking them. Anyone have experience with putting smoke flavor onto a pizza?? Procedure, times, etc?? Thanks for any insight, tips!
 
Hi And welcome to the board. I've never smoked a pizza but cook them over charcoal often. HOT. Pizza dough is pretty delicately flavored - too much smoke may overwhelm.
 
I've done them in my pellet smoker but they weren't homemade. I need to try one of our homemade ones in there. Thanks for the idea.
