Yeah, just wait for someone with a restaurant to get jealous of the 2 or 3 meals a month that you "steal" from them and turn your ass in. Yep, that's the ticket. Fines can be more than permits, and "I didn't know..." won't cut it. I know of several people that lost a lot of money and equipment going this route.

Well one of my old dearly deceased pals ran the circuit cooking ribs at the beer joints on Sunday afternoon. Wouldn't ya know the guy who had the gig previously ratted him out. The health goon come out and check to make sure he had bleach water and temp gauge and told him to come get a permit on monday morning. I guess he was just fortuate..lol. Or maybe he was working so closely with the club in question..he could do what he wanted under their health permit. We did a few grocery store parking lots and they never did bother us.
