Not Quite BBQ, But...

I was doing a little research on Kentucky Fried Chicken and came across this site today. Reminded me of my Grandma Havener's cooking when I was much younger, God rest her soul. She made some the best liver and onions you ever had! Anyway, several of the recipes found here and on his main site sound pretty damn good to me so I thought I'd share.

I think I'm gonna start with the Cherry Glazed Roast Pork! =P~

Thanks Joker, I really love anything to do with "American Food" and its history. It's part of my cooking obsession; American food over the past 400 years and it's various changes as new peoples find our shores holds me in its grip. I book marked this site to enjoy and hope others will also.

Peace...Zilla

I used to belong to the chitterlings mailing list. Great old recipes.
