You have to use your imagination

for this one. Warning, I used internet pics for this one. No camera at work.

I started out with 7 eye of round steaks and sliced them very thin. I got 3 slices out of each steak which I merinated in Italian dressing. Then I julianed a carrot, celery, green onion and yukon gold potato. I banged out the steak strips as flat as I could get them.
Kinda like this picture:

Then I layed out the veggies in the steak and rolled them up like this:

Then I put them on the grill and made a terriaki sauce as a finishing sauce. Served with yellow rice and green beans. They guys loved it.

I try not to get or have vegetables get in the way of grilling or barbecue!

yummy, those look tasty....

works really well with pork cutlets and boneless chicken thighs too....go crazy and add a slice of a hard cheese, something that isn't prone to fast melting....

sometimes we'll make some that are a slice of jalapeno wrapped in a strip of chicken breast wrapped in a slice of thick bacon....nice apps, and really easy...
