Decided to cook on the Lil' Kettle again and threw on some chicken wings. Gave em' a heavy dose of Wolfe Rub, cooked indirect for 20 minutes on each side to let the sugar melt in, then basted with 50/50 mix of Reverend Marvins Hot w/Honey and finished direct. Also threw on two crummy looking NY Strips for the wife. Camera battery died at the end, but the wings are done in the pic's you see. No finished plated pic's.

Nice looking wings there Larry !! Hum just reminded me to reorder some Wolfe Rub , man that stuuf is good on pop corn and everything elese!!

Good looking food Larry. I am going to have to move up to the larger container of Wolfe rub. The little ones are not lasting long enough.
