Got my replacement piece delivered this morning. Weber is really fast about it. Took 2 days to get here.
Now I gotta figure out what to smoke on my days off? Im thinkin maybe a brisket if I dont have too many chores...and if I do...maybe a chicken or some ribs. Im leaning more towards brisket though. Throw me your brisket recipes y'all!
