It's a 9.5lb sirloin tip roast that just finished getting about three hours of smoke. It is now wrapped and back in the Stumps waiting for it to tender up and pull apart when it hits 205ish.
 
Have you ever done one before Ron? I aint never took one up that hot before, we em at 125 & rest em foiled

They wanted roast not pit beef so I am ruining it for them. (I like your way better myself) I gonna fill up on potato salad, baked beans, and deviled eggs.
