Wings and things for lunch

Here was lunch;

Wings an stuff are done;








Served up with some french cut green beans and some pickled veggies.



Putting this big hunk of cow on in the morning!

Looks good so far, The cow hunk might be a whole sirloin roast

It's a 9.5lb sirloin tip roast that just finished getting about three hours of smoke. It is now wrapped and back in the Stumps waiting for it to tender up and pull apart when it hits 205ish.

They wanted roast not pit beef so I am ruining it for them. (I like your way better myself) I gonna fill up on potato salad, baked beans, and deviled eggs.

This baby came out fall apart tender and was several notches above a regular ole pot roast!!
