Wings

Looking to do some wings on our new Weber Genesis grill. I like medium hot krispy wings with dry coating. When we go to pizza hut, I ask them to run them through twice, but now it is up to me.
Thanks

Good luck!

To get em real crisp, ya gotta deep fry em. I had some while watching the race last night. Goood.

I used:
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1 t 100% pain hot sauce.
1/2 cup Rev Marvins Hot BBQ sauce.
2 T light brown sugar.
Man were they good. Nice heat, and sweet.

Wing rubbings

I made a new supply of general purpose rub on Saturday. I think that I will get a bucket of wings at the local mkt. and try them with the rub. Will let youall know how they come out.
