Well I lit the grill today also

And made some pin wheel steaks.

Started with a flank steak I marinated in Lawrys Steak and Chop marinate.

Added some spinach

A layer of provolone

Rolled it up

Sliced into steaks

Dinner is served



I also grilled a diaphragm steak marinated in the same marinade for lunch this week.

(If anybody hasn't learned the hard way, pull those skewers out the same direction they went in. That way most of the splinters stay on the skewers instead of in the meat. )
