I have a lot of jumbo chicken wings in the freezer left over from my wife's party a couple of months ago so it was time to start clearing out the stock.

Marinated the wings using my FoodSaver marinade vacuum thing. Cut the marinade time in half. Also made some macaroni salad to go with the wings.

The marinade consisted of Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Cooked the wings indirect with some cherry wood smoke for about 45 minutes then I glazed them with some sherry citrus sauce. Came out pretty tasty.

Everything ready to go. Grill up to 350 degrees.

Opened the marinade thing and slapped them wings on the grill.

Wings nearly done. Added the glaze and let them cook at 400 degrees for another 10 minutes.

Wings platted with some raw vegis and macaroni salad.

Lew,
I have looked at this post about 5 times now and each time they look better than the last time I looked at them. I am going to have to make some wings (JUMBO) this weekend now. :D :D :D Which makes me very happy!
