Venison and Moose

I gave a guy a work one of my recipes, and he brought me in some deer and moose. WORKS FOR ME !
Marinated in Italian dressing, and hit with WRC.

I've had moose sausage before...but not steaks. We thought it kinda tasted like beef jerky. Must be all the swampy stuff they eat here.
