Was over at a friends house fixing his computer and he sent me home with a 30 pack, 2 venison hind qtr steaks, and some hot moose sausage (Thanks Ben!).
Venison was marinated in Italian dressing, and onion soup mix for 4 hours, grilled with apple wood. The moose sausage was coated with WRB. then some Rev Marvin's Hot on top.
Some chopped spinach and red taters came to the party.....speaking of party. The kids found a mud hole on the lawn. When they got busted...Brody said "I'm guessing you're a little mad, but at least we had lots of fun!" :roll:
The venison came out perfect...you could cut it with a fork.
There was just enough leftovers for a nice omelet for breffus!
