Had an aged ribeye wanting to be cooked so it got blasted with some herbed butter with truffel oil along with some bacon wrapped asparagus and a side salad with rasberry and apple cider vinegret.
Sorry. Left out a few details. The steaks got cooked at 450 on the Primo and a tab or two of herbed butter with truffel oil melted onto them.Smokey Lew said:Really nice O'Que! What proof was that herbed butter with truffel oil that you got "blasted" on? I like Jack Daniel's myself.
