I found a recipe for turkey burgers that will stand head-to-toe with any burger! These came out fantastic.

Here's how I mixed up the meat for the burgers.
1.25 lb. (appx) of ground turkey.
0.5 lb. (appx) of ground pork.
3 chopped up green onions.
1 chopped up jalapeno pepper (seeds & veins removed).
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
2 Tbsp. of Suckle Busters Hoochie Mama BBQ rub.

First I heated my CI griddle on the Performer, added cooking oil when it was nice and hot, then put on the potatoes.

Added some onion and seasoned the potatoes with more Hoochie Mama.

Took off the potatoes when they were golden brown and added a little more oil, then the burgers.

Onions were done so I had room now to add the last two burgers on the griddle.

Plated turkey burger with some homemade mango BBQ sauce and onions on top. Potatoes on the side with a green salad.

Those are some good looking burgers. I'd eat at least two of them.

FANTASTIC MEAL!!! Is that a LeCresent griddle? I love it, how much did that run?? I'm guessing about $300?

Veeeery Cooool griddle! Those burgers had my mouth watering and I'm not a fan of the turkey, but I'm going to try those bad boys!
