Snagged some Chuck eyes, and some wings to nom on.
Just put oil, salt & pepper on the steak. Seasoned the wings with generic rub, then dunked em 3 times.

Overcooked it a tad, but it was still nice and tender.

what's great about chucks is they take a little overcooking much better
than other steak cuts...what's the green stuff, taragon?

Cappy, it was a simple chive butter. I have a big patch of chives out back. I use em whenever I can. I woulda added garlic to it, but didn't have any. :(
