My wife asked if I wanted tri tip for my birthday dinner and of course I said YES!
I had that and some corn on the cob and a few Harpoon Leviathan beers!
Everything wrong is once again right!

Thanks. I like the tri tip, hands down. Only bad part about them is they are spendy here and hard to come by without a special order. My grocer likes to cut them into steaks before packaging so I have to ask the butcher to save a 2 lb'er every so often.

I will have to get one of those. I love marinated flank steak, and this looks similar. Thanks for the notes. Oh, and HBD!
