I had some leftover top round from Saturday night and decided to make egg rolls and rangoons.
Diced up the meat along with some garlic and green onion and added a bad of slaw mix.
Made the mustard.
Rangoons were stuffed with beef and cream cheese, little garlic and salt and pepper.
