Tilapia on the Kettle

Bought two Tilapia fillets from the fish monger.
Dusted them with a med-heavy coat of my blackening mix.
On the grill four about 4 mins per side. I used up all my mix or I would have added a light dusting when I removed from the grill.
Served with just a salad.

Tilapia is a nice tasting fish. Very mild flavor and takes on rubs and marinades well. I posted a fish recipe in the seafood section that my wife did last night.

Try stuffed tilapia on the grill....add some crab/lobster meat, add in a lttle lemon, roll it, tie it, make sure you add in some thyme, brings out the flavor in the fish
