Oh yeah John! That's a meal fit for the Captain!!! Perfectly cooked as well, rare!!! Great job!!
 
LOL at BW.

I always save some extra for the sauce, even if it's
beef, I don't want to risk it.

I put mine in the blender too.

Went back to the Brazilian steak house Sat night
and put a real close eye and tongue on their
chimi sauce. It was blended so smooth you
couldn't even see leaves. Probably a commercial
brand they buy.

I load mine up with garlic, lots..looks great though!!
