The Real Veal Chop Cook

Marinated the veal porterhouse's in Zesty Italian Dressing, little extra EVOO, lot's of extra garlic, onion, oregano and black pepper!

Also made some tomatoes to roast with Virginia Ham, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzarella and a little drizzle of EVOO.

Dinner is ready! Served with some Kashi.

Veal looks like it should be coooked!
Never heard of Kashi as a side though.
I would gone for some nice thin string green beans from France ... if you can find em.

Nice, except it looks like someone already ate the sides once.
However the Partridge Family plates give it nice color.

Coming from somebody who doesn't take plated pictures! I'm also guessing you were a fan of the Partridge Family show? Your incredible!

Photo tip: Your pics would look a ton better if you were to correct the
white balance. It's pretty easy if you have Photoshop or something similar.

Come on, Nick! You've been to my blog, so you know that most of my recipes include
plated shots. If not, a quick visit to my Foodgawker portfolio is all you need.

I don't mind intelligent criticism, but you have to do a little homework.

Here's a little homework for you. In all of the years that I've been breathing air on this earth, I've never seen anybody as self centered as you!

Your welcome, in advance, Bro!

Oh. Johnny, I apologize; I forgot you were there. You may go now. Why John does this mean we're not friends anymore? You know John, if I thought you weren't my friend... I just don't think I could bear it!

Maybe poker's just not your game, John. I know: let's have a spelling contest.

General Tip: Your face would look a ton better if you were to cut your head off! It's pretty easy if you have a sharp knife.
