I decided to fill Lil' Junior to the gills to see how he performed! Did 4 taters, asparagus, 4 ears of corn and 3 porterhouse steaks. Asparagus was marinated in Kens Caesar Dressing, steaks were seasoned with S&P.

I also did dessert, grilled peaches with a butter rum glaze. These things were fantastic! Would have been even better in a bowl of ice cream with chopped pecans.

I give Lil' Junior a [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif] and I give his owner the cook a [smilie=a_goodjob.gif]

That looked great, Larry. What's the sauce on the peaches?

HERE's the recipe Griff. I did it a little different way and it's posted at the bottom. Definitly worth trying. I think this recipe would be good with pineapple as well!

Mmm. I read the recipe to my wife and m-i-l, and I've got unanimous votes to be trying that very soon. :D
